We only accept refunds within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return the products must be unused and in the same condition and packaging you received it in. The same condition means that there are no marks on the product, the product hasn’t been opened, used, or damaged, meaning the product is in a re-saleable condition.
To complete a return, you will need to send an email to thelittlecreativecorner@gmail.com, providing us with the items you want to return, the reason you’re not satisfied with the product, and the order number/proof of purchase. We will then aim to process this request within 5 working days.
Sending the items back to us
You must pay the return postal cost. Also, please use the “signed for” service to guarantee a proof of delivery back to our address.
If the items get lost or not delivered to us, we will not issue a refund. When sending the items back to us make sure all products are wrapped securely, it is your responsibility to ensure the items are fully wrapped.

Refunds
Once we receive the products back, they will undergo an inspection to see if all products are there, and the condition is as new. You will then receive an email notifying you we have received your returned item. A notification of approval or rejection of the refund will then be sent to you.
Damaged goods
Before our products leave us, we ensure that they do leave at the highest quality. If you receive our products and are not satisfied with them then please email thelittlecreativecorner@gmail.com, with your order number/proof of purchase, a picture of the damaged goods, and your contact details. We will then discuss a way forward with you at that point.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are damaged.
If you want to exchange an item, the item has to be delivered back to us.
Please note that if you want to exchange a product it has to be the same product as you’ve got. Please email thelittlecreativecorner@gmail.com with your order number/proof of purchase and list the item/s affected with a picture.

Sale items
If a product were bought in a sale, we would not be able to offer a refund for this. Only fully priced products can be refunded.
Gifts
If your item was given to you as a gift the original person who bought it would have to send it back.
